Terra Thesis Institute was formally founded in 2019 by Carolyn Dalton in North America (Vancouver, British Columbia on traditional Salish land and near Detroit, Michigan on traditional Anishinaabe land) and incorporated as a public charity in 2022. Terra Thesis Institute is a leading edge, original philosophy-driven think tank that is currently helping the world learn and benefit from contemporary philosophy and discourse. We are nonpartisan, and centered in a strong and well-informed ethos that emphasizes broad sustainability, intelligent reform where it’s called for, and positive win/win cooperative dynamics between groups and individuals alike. We’re woefully underfunded, scrappy, and extremely important. Our programs and initiatives are developed with a bright future for humanity and our many societies and systems in mind.
